Customer Care Representative for Export

Our multinational business partner which operates in industrial production sector is looking for a "Customer Care Representative for Export".

• Provides customer assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
• Responds promptly to customers’ inquiries or complaints and provides updates until resolved. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Processes quotations and orders accurately and timely according to customer’s demand. 
• Processes expedited orders and communicates with Production and Shipping to effectively meet customers’ needs.
• Handles requests from the Sales Department and Distributors. 
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance in the analysis of the customer returns.
• Coordinates transportation delivery activities
• Plans transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost-effective trade routes
• Handles all export shipments, including preparing all the necessary documents: commercial invoice, packing lists, certificate of conformity, and etc. to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules, regulations
• Review the documents involved in export process for payment submission

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or Related Fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in export operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal. 
• Knowledge in international payment methods and export regulations. 
• Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, ERP and/or SAP. 
• Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
