Human Resources Business Partner

Görevleriniz



·       Defines, validates with company management, and implements the human resources strategy and policy, based on the human resources guidelines defined by the Group, the company's strategy, the social legislation and regulations in force


·       Analyses jobs and organization, ensures job evaluation, partners with line managers in defining procedures and organization


·       Acts as a driver of change, being a key player of change management initiatives


·       Identifies strategic and operational HR priorities taking into account the deadlines requested by the Group and legal and conventional constraints


·       Analyzes needs for new personnel within the organization, defining the competencies to be acquired from the market


·       Leads/Implements employer branding initiatives


·       Identifies the most effective channels to attract talents, in order to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process


·       Oversees/performs candidates’ selection and evaluation


·       Participates in elaborating and deploys training programs in order to sustain the development of the organization


·       Guides line managers in implementing people development policies, career paths and professional growth


·       Cooperates with Finance in personnel costs budgeting, monitoring and reporting


·       Organizes social dialogue and promotes internal communication. Supports Country Manager in dealing with employee representative bodies


·       Provides inputs on Diversity and Inclusion topics and ensures relevant initiatives deployment


·       Ensures correct implementation of employment contractual conditions and applicable labour legislation


·       Cooperates with Finance on supervision of the outsourcing partner on administrative management of personnel and payroll


Nitelikleriniz


·       Having university degree


·       At least 3 years of experience in HR function in multinational organizations/consulting and/or Employer’s Associations


·       Knowledge of all key areas of human resources management


·       Fluency in professional Turkish and English


·       At ease with matrix organizations
