Trade Marketing Executive
Görevleriniz
Our business partner which operates in nutritional supplement sector is looking for a "Trade Marketing Executive"
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that support overall brand and sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for in-store promotions and trade initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing plans with sales targets and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor in-store promotional activities, such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
- Collaborate with retailers and distributors to ensure effective execution of trade promotions and marketing materials.
- Develop point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and signage to boost product visibility and sales in retail outlets according to the channel tiering strategy
- Monitor retail compliance with marketing programs and resolve any issues that arise.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral, including product brochures, product training materials, and promotional offers.
- Provide the sales team with insights and materials to support product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Organize & manage trade events, such as retailer training sessions or trade shows, all trade shows, global & local exhibitions / congresses , to enhance product awareness and foster strong business relationships.
- Drive loyalty program to develop deeper relationship with retailers & consumers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ trade marketing activities to identify best practices and new opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews of trade marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Use insights from sales data, market research, and consumer feedback to refine trade marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the trade marketing budget for in-store promotions, events, and collateral.
- Ensure that marketing spend is optimized and aligned with the overall trade marketing strategy.
- Track and report on ROI for trade marketing activities to ensure that investments are yielding results.
- Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between trade and brand marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of promotional materials and stock to retail partners.
- Support the digital marketing team in driving e-commerce and online sales initiatives, where applicable.
- Track the performance of trade marketing activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales and market data to measure the success of trade marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize future campaigns.
Nitelikleriniz
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales support, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English & Turkish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, loyalty programs and CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail industry.
- Knowledge of trade marketing software and tools.
- Experience with digital trade marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
