Brand Marketing Manager
Your Tasks
Our business partner which operates in nutritional supplement sector is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager
- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging that reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values. Ensure the brand is aligned with customer expectations and market trends
- Oversee the development and consistency of the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice across all channels. Work with designers, content creators, and external agencies to maintain a cohesive brand presence
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. This includes traditional, digital, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand audience preferences, behaviors, and perceptions. Use insights to shape brand strategies and refine messaging
- Work closely with sales and marketing functions including digital marketing, trade marketing, brand creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop branded content, including video, social media posts, print materials, blogs, and other assets that reinforce the brand narrative
- Lead brand activations, sponsorships, and partnerships with catalysts, key opinion leaders to increase brand visibility and engagement. Oversee the planning and execution of events, both online and offline, that promote the brand
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content, interacting with audiences, and ensuring a consistent voice across channels
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use analytics tools to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies
- Lead and coach the marketing team to set them for success
- Own and manage the offline media budget to create more impact thru consumer touchpoints
- Plan and execute successful product launches, working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless introduction to the market
- Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product expansions. Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment across all departments
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Tailor messaging for various segments (e.g., B2B, B2C) and buyer personas
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure internal teams, agencies, and partners adhere to the correct usage of brand assets and messaging. Provide training and support for employees in understanding and representing the brand
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (7+ years) in brand marketing or a similar role, preferably in a consumer-facing industry
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and customer experience
- Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling brand stories
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in English & Turkish
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and traditional marketing techniques
- Experience with campaign management and project execution, with strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of brand initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing materials
