Supply Network Executive

Our business partner which operates in nutritional supplement sector is looking for a “Supply Network Executive”.

• Oversee the supply network from raw materials procurement to final product distribution, ensuring a smooth flow of goods across all stages

• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries and supply chain efficiency

• Manage network design and help optimize logistics routes and distribution centers to reduce lead times and costs

• Monitor inventory levels across the supply network and work to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts or overstocking

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and planning teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory replenishments

• Track and analyze demand fluctuations and adjust supply network strategies accordingly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and ensure compliance with agreed-upon delivery schedules, quality standards, and costs

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement and resolve any issues regarding quality, delivery, or cost

• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient movement of goods from suppliers to distribution centers or end customers

• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and optimize shipping and storage solutions to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries

• Oversee transportation management, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost controls

• Analyze supply network data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

• Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience

• Monitor potential risks across the supply network, including disruptions in supply, logistics delays, or inventory shortages, and develop contingency plans

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices throughout the supply network



• Collect and analyze data related to supply network performance, including lead times, costs, inventory turnover, and delivery accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Min 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or network management roles

• Proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS)

• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English



• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or logistics is a plus
