Human Resources Manager

Görevleriniz

Our multinational business partner which operates in retail is looking for a “Human Resources Manager”.


  • Manage the entire hiring process from job postings, candidate screening, interviews to onboarding


  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture and processes


  • Ensure the organization has the right number of employees with the necessary skills to meet business objectives


  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, mediating disputes when necessary


  • Foster a positive working environment by maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring effective communication


  • Participate Great Place to Work Survey and plan actions according to the results to improve employee engagement


  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure they are aligned with company goals


  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees regarding performance improvement


  • Administer compensation, benefits and leave programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices


  • Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in market surveys to ensure compensation aligns with industry standards


  • Identify training needs and create or coordinate learning and development programs


  • Support career development and succession planning efforts within the organization


  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals


  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement


  • Plan HR Budget, follow the results quarterly and report to Western Hub Management Team


  • Prepare and present management reports to Western HUB Management Team


  • Implement Global HR Projects


  • Manage occupational health and safety programs in accordance with legal requirements, promote workplace safety


  • Office management, buying, travel management



Nitelikleriniz

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR


  • Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws and HR practices


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels


  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment


  • Fluency in English
