Assistant Controller

Our multinational business partner which operates in electric / energy sector is looking for a ''Financial Controller".

• Prepares financial management information and provides proactive support to controlling department
• Prepared periodical regional and management reports
• Prepares various analysis and reports to management information
• Actively responsible from preparation of budget and analysis of budget variances
• Monitors actual against production KPI's and forecasting accuracy
• Performs month end closing activities for monthly closing
• Directly reporting to Plant Controller

• Graduate in business administration, economics ,engineering or related fields
• 2-3 years experience at controlling – budget planning fields (Audit backround is an asset)
• Experience in production environment company (automotive sector is asset)
• Advanced level of excel knowledge is required, quick & well adaptable to new software is expected
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Team Player, organized, pro-active and creative
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
