Financial Accountant

Our multinational client, which operates in petro chemicals sector, is looking for a "Financial Accountant"

• Perform accounting functions such as journal entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliations

• Record day to day financial transactions and processing of invoices, payments, incomings in accounting system and classify these entries correctly

• Reconciliation of bank accounts, entries, balances and general or subsidiary ledgers

• Perform quarterly closing activities such as payable & receivable, related party, intercompany account reconciliations, bank statement reconciliations

• Process cost of goods sold and adminstrative expenses accruals

• Assist finance team where necessary for preparation of cash flow reports and bank position reports

• Assist Accounting Manager for independent audit process

• Assist accounting manager for preparation of supporting documents to local tax advisors of group companies for Corporate Income Tax returns as per local requirements

• Prepare supporting documents for VAT returns for group companies

• Having bachelor’s degree from the related departments of the universities

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the related sector

• Good level of English

• Having experienced in using Ms Office programs
