New Graduate Operations Engineer

Our multinational business partner, which operates in poultry industry, is looking for a "New Graduate Operations Engineer"

• Support daily operational activities within the facility and contribute to the smooth execution of production processes

• Work closely with operational and blue-collar teams to ensure daily activities are completed efficiently and in line with company standards

• Assist in monitoring operational processes and reporting any deviations or improvement opportunities

• Support the implementation and follow-up of biosecurity and operational procedures

• Participate in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement activities across the facility

• Assist in documentation, reporting, and process tracking

• Support maintenance coordination, workplace safety practices, and other operational projects as assigned

• Receive comprehensive on-the-job training and develop into a key member of the operations management team

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred (Agricultural, Industrial, Food, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines are a plus)

• Fresh graduates with at least 3 months of internship experience are encouraged to apply

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required

• Eager to build a career in operations within an international production environment

• Comfortable working in a field-based environment and collaborating closely with operational teams

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to take initiative

• Good command of MS Office applications
