Warehouse Operations Manager

Our business partner operating in Automotive Spare Parts sector is looking for a ’Warehouse Operations Manager'

• Ensure the efficient execution of inbound, storage, inventory management, packing, and shipping operations

• Coordinate domestic and export logistics operations

• Monitor daily warehouse and logistics activities and manage operational performance

• Lead process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives through analysis of existing workflows

• Contribute to the development and standardization of procedures and operational processes

• Support the effective use of ERP and WMS systems

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

• Coordinate workforce planning, team management, and operational resource requirements

• Collaborate closely with relevant departments and international teams

• Take an active role in process improvement, system integration, and transformation projects

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Advanced level of English proficiency

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or operations management

• Proven experience in team management and leadership

• Hands-on experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems

• Experience in KPI monitoring and operational reporting

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices

• Strong communication and coordination skills
