Operations Specialist

Our multinational business partner which operates in energy sector is looking for an "Operations Specialist"

• Support daily physical oil and petrochemical trading operations, primarily truck and container shipments, with some exposure to bulk operations

• Prepare and follow up on shipping documents, contracts, invoices and other operational paperwork

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics providers

• Monitor shipment schedules, deliveries and operational costs

• Gradually take responsibility for lower-risk operational activities under senior supervision

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in physical commodity trading operations, preferably oil or petrochemicals

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Practical experience in truck and container logistics; exposure to bulk shipments is an advantage

• Good understanding of shipping documentation, contracts and Incoterms

• Good knowledge of ERP and operational systems, such as SAP, Zoho or similar platforms

• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks
