Procurement Manager

Our multinational business partner which operates in automotive sector looking for a ‘’Procurement Manager’’

• Research and evaluate spare parts suppliers, conducting supplier assessments and managing contract processes with suitable vendors
• Establish strong and long-term business relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing agreements
• Regularly evaluate suppliers' performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
• Manage demand planning and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels
• Set the procurement budget, work on cost optimization, and ensure budget control
• Analyze the spare parts market, gather information on price trends, new suppliers, and emerging products
• Develop strategies to enhance the company's supply chain and keep up with innovations
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, conduct analyses, and present them to senior management
• Effectively managing the team and optimizing task distribution

• A degree in relevant fields (preferably engineering)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Experience in the automotive industry and spare parts procurement
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, and strategic thinking
• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
