Human Resources Executive

Our business partner which operates in manufacturing sector is looking for a "HR Executive".

• Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department i.e. performance evaluation, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, salary increase and organizational change, following up related Labor Law and other related legal regulations about HR issues
• Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets
• Communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions
• Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relation and working environment
• Present a strong HR expertise and coaching on people issues, in order to assist leaders whenever it is necessary
• Take part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• More than 7 years professional experience with HR
• Previous experience as an HR Generalist is must
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced level Ms Office skills
