Your Tasks

Our business partner which operates in nutritional supplement sector is looking for a Product Manager



  • Lead the medical education of all brands for the field team, pharmacy, health professionals and global markets
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for medical professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses, clinicians) on the use and benefits of medical products
  • Collaborate with product development, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure training materials are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Create a variety of training formats, such as in-person workshops, webinars, eLearning modules, and user guides
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the medical products (OTC, pharmaceuticals, etc.) and their clinical applications
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the product for internal teams and external customers
  • Translate complex medical and technical product information into accessible, easy-to-understand content for healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs, ensuring high engagement from target audiences
  • Work with the trade marketing team to create promotional materials (e.g., brochures, email campaigns, social media posts) that highlight training opportunities and product benefits
  • Ensure alignment between product marketing campaigns and training initiatives to enhance brand visibility and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that training efforts align with sales goals and customer needs
  • Visit & Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and medical societies to promote training programs and drive product awareness
  • Manage relationships with training partners, external educators, key opinion leaders and clinical advisors to enhance program quality and delivery
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue selection, participant coordination, and follow-up
  • Ensure the smooth execution of training programs across different regions and channels (e.g., live, virtual, on-demand)
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to support product launches and positioning in the medical market
  • Provide feedback from training sessions to the product development and marketing teams to improve product messaging, features, and functionality
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact product training and marketing strategies
  • Develop and customize training content tailored to different healthcare professional groups, focusing on specific needs and clinical contexts
  • Create educational materials such as videos, manuals, case studies, and presentations to support training initiatives
  • Ensure that content adheres to medical and legal regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, CE marking)
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs, including participant engagement, knowledge retention, and impact on product adoption
  • Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness, market impact, and feedback for senior management
  • Continuously evaluate training program success and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product training, medical marketing, or healthcare education, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and their clinical applications, with the ability to translate complex medical concepts into accessible training content.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing training programs, both in-person and online.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences in English & Turkish
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, clinical affairs).
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines related to medical marketing and training (e.g., FDA, EMA, HIPAA).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
