Digital Marketing Manager



Your Tasks


Our business partner which operates in nutritional supplement sector is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in digital marketing or a related role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of web development, UX/UI, or design is a plus



Your Qualifications

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet KPIs
  • SEO & SEM: Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings, maximizing traffic and conversion rates
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for web, social media, blogs, and email marketing
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including paid ads and organic growth
  • E -commerce : Design, implement, and optimize the company e-commerce activities amongst international online marketplace platforms to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Digital Paid Media : Manage all digital paid media investments across all digital channels
  • Agency management : Lead the social media, digital media agencies in an efficient and collaborative way to achieve the relevant brand KPIs
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high ROI
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Stay Updated: Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying innovative techniques to campaigns
