Field Sales Representative
Görevleriniz
Our multinational business partner which operates in corrugated cardboard and packaging sector is looking for a “Field Sales Representative”
- Preparing an annual sales budget, preparing a three-month forecast (sales forecast) every month and a Flash (sales forecast) for that month in the first week of each month, and presenting it to the sales manager. Carrying out work that will reach the target in the prepared sales budget
- Finding new customers to develop the customer portfolio. Conducting price studies and making price offers for new jobs for current or prospective customers
- Having samples prepared for new products, having graphic design studies, quality (grade) determination studies done
- Having approval from the customer and having cliché and mold studies done for approved samples
- Preparing, reviewing and presenting price escalations (price changes) for contracted customers according to the contract articles for the sales manager
- Participating in the tenders of current or prospective customers who purchase products through tender
- To visit existing or prospective customers in line with the determined targets (3 customer visits per day). To transfer customer complaints to the quality department with samples through internal sales
- To share feedback from quality with the customer, to follow up on the adequacy and implementation of the actions taken. To enter customer visits into the system daily
- To enter customer complaints into the PHRED system. To transfer these complaints to the quality department with their samples or current pictures. To continuously check the product stocks in the warehouse belonging to the customers, to ensure that stocks are kept for the companies that work with stock
- By forwarding the incoming orders to the internal sales department, ensuring that the orders are opened in the system. Conducting the plate and mold cost analysis of the orders. Providing cost advantage with QPQ studies (quality, size, design, etc.)
- Trying to achieve the target of having a minimum of 0 CM2 value of annual sales by giving prices
- Ensuring that the products made by competitors to our customers are analyzed and tested. Providing feedback to customers when necessary
- Ensuring that customers make their payments on time and following up
Nitelikleriniz
- Having bachelor’s degree from a related department of a university
- Having min 3 years of experience in the field
- Having experienced in Ms Office programs especially Excel
- Having experienced in SAP
- Good command of English is a must
