Product Manager

Our multinational business partner which operates in healthcare and hygiene products sector looking for a "Product Manager"

• Developing and implementing business/marketing/product/selling plans and strategies for new and existing brands and products in order to achieve sales and financial results

• Responsible for preparing and management of yearly marketing budget and plans

• Responsible for setting the strategic direction and tactical implementation of marketing activities for Hartmann products that will lead to a customer-centric and goal achievement culture

• Present marketing strategies, tools to sales team in order to increase market share and profitability, and expand into new market segments. Make field visits with them to ensure tactics and programs are executed effectively in the field

• Partnering with sales team to develop appropriate account targeting strategy and cadences communication accordingly, to provide a value proposition, strategy and targeting for all sales channels

• · Works with clinical support function to assist in training sales teams, dealers and health professionals on new and existing brand and product lines

• Developing relationships with potential and existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Participating and leading product development projects and partnering with Global Marketing teams

• Organize and attend congresses, key tradeshows, conferences, and symposiums

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager in a medical device company (preferably advanced wound care and/or surgical products)

• Fluency in English is required

• Experience with cross-functional partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Global Marketing teams

• Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to surgeons and hospital purchasing managers

• Strong analytical and computer skills, with working knowledge of financial models

• No restriction to travel. Having a valid driving license
